This looks like one of season 3’s post-Flashpoint changes in the timeline. Tom Felton (Harry Potter’s Draco Malfoy) is the new CSI tech. He first showed up in Vancouver this summer filming the second episode of season 3 on the southeast shores of False Creek near the Olympic Village. And has been spotted at a few crime scenes since — one in a downtown Vancouver laneway.

The Flash season three premieres Tuesday, October 4th, on The CW in the U.S. and CTV in Canada.
